Chef Dario is an artistic Master Chef born on the Istrian peninsula in modern day Croatia. As a life-long student of the Northern Italian cuisine on which he was reared, many of his creative interpretations are based on the mouth-watering peasant foods and traditional dishes of Northern Italy.
Along with his wife Alice, the Zuljani Family has been serving delicious and magnificent meals for over 30 years while providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for all to enjoy!
